Jean-Marc is also a member of the Executive Committee of Cobepa that he joined in 2010. He started his career with KPMG (Paris) in 1992 in the industry & transaction services sectors. In 2000, he joined CVC Capital Partners and became Managing Director of CVC Paris in 2005.
Jean-Marc graduated from the ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and holds a chartered accountant DESCF diploma.
He is non-executive director of Carrières du Hainaut, Novescia, Pavatex, Verdesis and Goëmar and President of the Board of TechnoMarine Genève watches.

Laurent serves as a non-executive director of Pavatex.
Prior to BeCapital, he spent most of his career executing cross-border M&A and leverage financing transactions for Paribas, Tractebel/Suez Energy, Anheuser-Busch Inbev and Eiger Ventures, an M&A boutique focusing on the consumer goods and retail industries. While at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Laurent also served as Commercial Director France.
Laurent holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Solvay Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.
Laurent is fluent in French, Dutch, English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.

Benoît joined BeCapital after having worked seven years at Banque de Vizille (now CM-CIC Capital Finance) as M&A Director working on LBO transactions and as a representative on the supervisory board of portfolio companies.
Benoît holds a Master’s degree in Management from EM Lyon Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.
Benoît is fluent in French and English.

Lionel joined BeCapital after having worked three years at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, he focused on strategy, marketing and operations and contributed to the success of major turnarounds within the pharmaceutical industry and the financial sector.
Lionel holds a Master degree from the HEC School of Management (Paris), a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College (London) and is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).
