Maximilien is the inventor and a promoter of the Positive Economy™ concept. Since 2000, he advised more than 500 company directors and key executives on the theme of the environment as a new opportunity for growth, in particular at the APM (Association for Progress in Management).
He is a scientific, technical and economic expert on all environmental issues (climate change, energy, resources, biodiversity and toxicity).
In 2003, he was appointed as an expert to the Conseil National du Développement Durable by the French Prime Minister Jean Pierre Raffarin. In 2008, he was appointed as an expert to the Conseil Général de l’Environnement et du Développement Durable by the French Minister of Ecology Jean-Louis Borloo. He provides his expertise in parliamentary days and gives lectures to the Chamber of Industry and Trade, OECD and IDDRI (French Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations).
Maximilien holds a MSc in Life Sciences and Engineering of AgroParisTech (formerly Institut National Agronomique de Paris-Grignon) and in cellular biology and plant physiology (Paris VII University).

Charles is the manager of the sourcing team within BeCitizen, in charge of the identification and development of a proprietary deal flow for BeCapital. He is 100% dedicated to BeCapital and manages and guides an extensive network of entrepreneurs, researchers, and experts. He also has specific expertise in Wind Energy Before joining BeCitizen, Charles worked for five years as product manager in the marketing department of Danone in the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, and France. He holds an MSc in Agriculture, Agro-business, bio-resources and engineering and graduated from the ESSEC Business School

Thibault Ben Khelil – Technical Advisor to Pipeline Developers, Transportation Expert, Smart grid and Energy Storage expertise Coordinator Thibault is the Technical Advisor of BeCitizen’s sourcing team, in close relationship with all sectoral Experts. Thibault also works on BeCitizen’s transportation and mobility projects and is in charge of the Smart grid and Energy storage expertise He qualified in engineering from Supelec (French electric energy institution) and graduated from Imperial College (London, MSc in Environmental Technology and Energy Policy)

Christian-Guillaume is a Pipeline Developer within BeCitizen’s sourcing team. He also serves as an expert on Biomass-to-Energy technologies Since joining BeCitizen in 2007, he has lead various due diligences and advized clients in Europe and the US on a.o. methanization, gasification, cellulosic ethanol and micro-algae technologies Before joining BeCitizen, Christian-Guillaume worked for EADS Astrium, Friedrichshafen and in the research laboratories of Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- u. Raumfahrt e.V. in Munich Christian-Guillaume has an engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique and an MSc in environmental technologies from Imperial College, London
V. Pichon
Vincent is a Pipeline Developer within BeCitizen’s sourcing team. He also serves as an expert on Solar energy technologies Within BeCitizen, Vincent provides strategy consulting for major industrial groups (particularly in the energy sector) and institutions on the deployment of new strategies and environmental offerings Prior to BeCitizen, he worked for Areva and for Germany Trade & Invest, in the Renewable Energies team. Vincent holds a Master from ESCP Europe (Paris), a European MSc in Management from the City University (London), and the Diplom-Kaufmann (Berlin)
